Circuit Training
6 - 7pm & 7 - 8pm
A station based exercise class that you can take at your own pace. Body weight and free weight stations make up this class.
Suitable for total beginners to intermediate fitness levels.

TUESDAY
Bring your baby exercise class
9:30am - 10:30am
A fun, social, chatty workout for mum & baby ( up to 4 years old). Exercises to get you feeling strong, fit and ready to tackle the everyday challenges us parents face!
Suitable for mums 6 weeks post postpartum or 12 weeks if recovering from a C section.

Full Body Class
6:30pm - 7:30pm
A challenge based workout. A sweaty class that will work your entire body leaving you wanting more and excited for the next one!
