Suitable for all levels.
TUESDAY HIIT CLASS

6:15AM - 7AM
For mums with babies from 3 months - 4 years.
Strength and cardio stations aimed to energise and give you a feel good feeling.
Let your little ones roam and snack whilst you get it done!

BRING YOUR BABY EXERCISE CLASS

Let your little ones roam and snack whilst you get it done!
You can take these classes at your own pace.
You need to be 6 weeks post partum or 12 weeks post partum for C section recovery.


WEDNESDAY
INTENSE
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
A new challenge every week.
This class will enable you to push yourself harder - whilst having fun of course! This class is a perfect mid week boost.
Suitable for all levels.
FRIDAY
HIIT
6:15AM - 7AM
This interval based workout is aimed to energise your Friday morning. Quick fire rounds followed by a short break are sure to get that heart rate raised.
Great music, great people and a great way to start the weekend.
