I felt like I had hit rock bottom with my weight gain and low self-esteem and decided that it was finally time to make some lifestyle changes for the better.  

I had some reservations about The 12 Week Plan and was slightly apprehensive – Would it work?  Was it achievable?  Would I stick to it?! 

12 weeks on and it has whole heartedly been the best thing that I could have done for me.  I feel happier and healthier.  Not only have I seen a loss in weight, my body shape has changed for the better.  I have been re-introduced into better eating habits with a varied and nutritional meal plan which my family and I have loved – it has never felt like a “diet” plan. 

The coaching programme has been incredibly motivating and educational re affirming better lifestyle choices which I fully intend to maintain moving forward.  I have had a complete change in mindset on so many levels.  

For anyone considering if they should enrol in the 12 week weight loss programme, I would 100% encourage you to invest in yourself and go for it.

I was struggling with my general wellbeing and in a rut with food and exercise. A friend had worked with Sophia and recommended her 12 Week Plan. Sophia chooses to meet clients first to talk about their goals and the drive behind what they want to achieve. I found that what I wanted completely aligned with what Sophia sets out to do - to be fitter and stronger but also to make it sustainable. I wanted to get out the habit of limiting my calorie intake during the week and then binging at the weekend. I also love to exercise, so wanted to reignite the passion. Sophia really takes the time to get to know you and your likes and dislikes. She talks through what we are trying to achieve with the weekly plans. My food plans fitted well with my family and we were all able to enjoy the healthy and nutritious meals. I have really enjoyed cooking again but I was also able to say which nights were manic and needed to be quick meals. I am eating more than I ever was and do not feel like I am missing anything. Since completing the plan, I have kept hold of my weekly food plans and reuse to plan our
week. We are now all in a healthy routine. Sophia also adds in little goals for over the week to support your overall wellbeing, which have really helped with me getting in a better night’s sleep. Breaking old habits of putting the phone away before bed really have helped! The coaching aspect gives you time to reflect on your day/life and just hold a microscope on it, when time is so limited normally. I was able to ask Sophia questions over the week and she always took the time to respond.
I highly recommend Sophia, this plan and her classes. I love it and feel the best I ever have. People have noticed a difference in me and I sing her praises!

I have been seeing Sophia since last October so for 7 months now. Starting with the 12 week plan. I went in with a very bad and negative relationship with food, a life long battle to be honest! I have throughly enjoyed the whole process. I found the meal plans easy to follow and was astounded at how much more I was eating but losing weight. Sophia is always on hand to reach out to which is incredibly reassuring. It’s a process so you really do have to bear with it and believe that Sophia knows what she is doing and I can honestly that she does! It really is quite a life changing process. I have hit my goals and have never felt so physically strong EVER. I now understand what I am doing going forward to maintain what I have achieved and I feel armed with all the tools and knowledge to be able to do this really for forever more if I want to. I would thoroughly recommend this process to anyone, from someone who felt very lost I have come out a changed person!
