I felt like I had hit rock bottom with my weight gain and low self-esteem and decided that it was finally time to make some lifestyle changes for the better.
I had some reservations about The 12 Week Plan and was slightly apprehensive – Would it work? Was it achievable? Would I stick to it?!
12 weeks on and it has whole heartedly been the best thing that I could have done for me. I feel happier and healthier. Not only have I seen a loss in weight, my body shape has changed for the better. I have been re-introduced into better eating habits with a varied and nutritional meal plan which my family and I have loved – it has never felt like a “diet” plan.
The coaching programme has been incredibly motivating and educational re affirming better lifestyle choices which I fully intend to maintain moving forward. I have had a complete change in mindset on so many levels.

A pre plan consultation to discuss goals, past history, current lifestyle and what you are looking for in this plan
The set up session which includes: A personalised macronutrient daily goal calculation, calculated by me to match and work for your goals. Initial body measurements to be checked weekly and a food preference selection, so I can create meals you will love.
12 weeks of fresh, yummy meal plans with recipes to suit you and your families needs. These meals will be tailored to make your life as easy as possible.
Weekly check in sessions (in person where possible) where we can begin to check off goals and set new ones as we smash through them!
Habit changing coaching throughout the plan to set up for long term success beyond the plan.
Happiness and health goals set into your plan. These are non weight/diet related goals. These will bring you joy and motivate you.
24 hour support.
Flexibility to work around holidays, nights out, meals out and social events.
